	Tamkang Celebrates Its 72th Anniversary Dear Tamkang, Happy72th Birthday! The Office of Student Affairs held a Celebration Assembly for the 72th anniversary of Tamkang University at Shao-Mo Memorial Gymnasium on November 5th. At the assembly, the 36th Golden Eagle Award and the Appreciation Award for Donation were presented. President Huan-Chao Keh, Chairperson Flora, Chia-I Chang, Joseph Wang, Chairman of SINBON Electronics Company Ltd., and Chin-Tsai Chen, President of Tamkang University Worldwide Alumni Association addressed respectively to the audience. 	Teaching and Administration Renovation Seminar— on Coping with Low Fertility Teaching and Administration Renovation Seminar of 2022 academic year was held at Chang Yeo Lan International Conference Hall of the Hsu Shou-Chlien International Conference Center on October 29. The theme of the seminar is "The Fifth Wave of Tamkang: Coping Measures against Low Fertility in Sustainable Development". President Huan-Chao Keh, Chairperson Flora Chia-I Chang, 3 vice presidents, all first- and second- level supervisors, secretaries, teachers and more than 250 people from TKU were at present. 	28 TKU Scholars named in World's Top 2% Scientists List The latest World's Top 2% Scientists' List was published by Mendeley Data which is owned by the world-renowned publisher Elsevier in October. 23 scholars from TKU were named in Top 2% Scientists (Career Impact) (1960-2022) List, 16 in 2021 Top 2% Most Influential Scientists (Single Year) List. Totally 28 (non-repeated) researchers from the faculty, students and alumni of Tamkang were listed. The record is more brilliant than last year. Increased by 2 from that of last year, the 23 TKU scholars in Top 2% Scientists (Career Impact) (1960-2022) List are Dr. Jong Shenq Guo from Department of Mathematics, Dr. I-Nan Lin （more...）
	TKU Awarded Gold Medal of Energy Saving Leadership Award – A Good Start of Net Zero Carbon Emissions Congratulations! Tamkang won the gold medal of Energy Saving Leadership Award 2022 from Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), taking it up a notch after we received the silver medal in 2017. It is also the first outstanding result since TKU promoted sustainable campus. The award ceremony will be held on December 7th. Vice President for Administrative Affairs Chun-Hung Lin will attend the ceremony and accept the award on behalf of the university. Dr. Chun-Hung Lin said that the award meant the recognition for Tamkang's achievement in energy saving, and the first steady step toward 2050 net zero carbon emissions as well. （more...）
	Aquaint You with Tamkang Online - Soft Opening of Virtual Archives In order to respond to the development of the digital cloud campus and to raise the prestige and the number of visitors of the Gallery of Tamkang History & the Founder Dr. Clement C. P. Chang's Memorial Hall (hereafter "the Gallery"), Tamkang History Section of Chueh-Sheng Memorial Library designed the TKU Virtual Archives. 	All-Cloud Intelligent 2.0 Launched in Tamkang Office of Information Services held the International Conference on Smart Campus and Exhibition (ICSC&E) 2022 in Chang Yeo Lan International Conference Hall, Hsu Shou-Chlien International Conference Center on November 11. 	AI Learning & Teaching Activity Reached 5,000 visits, Smart Interactive Wall launched College of AI and College of Engineering co-held the launching ceremony of AI Smart Interactive Wall in the activity named Fun AI · Sustainable Learning & Teaching at the AI reality field of College of Engineering. In the event, SINBON Cup and SINBON Scholarship for Internship, both sponsored by Joseph Wang, Chairman of SINBON Electronics, were presented.
